Training is underway and takes place on Tuesdays and Thursday nights, at 7pm, on the 1st team pitch. 
If you are new to Uxbridge, please come along to a training session and see how you get on.

New players welcome
If you're new to the area and would like to experience true Club Rugby, or fancy a run out after a few years of inactivity, you'll be welcome at Uxbridge RFC.
We're not fussy; if you can tie your own laces, please come along. Either drop in on a match day, or come along to a training session on Tuesday or Thursday evening. No prior appointment is required

Next social event of the season:
22 July, Club night out. The plan is to have a few drinks at the club, then head into town. It will be a good chance for the new players and coaches to all get together.

Are you a former player at Uxbridge RFC? If so, and you'd like to come along to our twice yearly luncheons to renew old friendships, please email the club so you will be added to the mailing list for the Old Sods' Newsletter and updates about the luncheon.

Advertising the club
Make sure you get an Uxbridge RFC car sticker which are available from Steve Partridge.
We also have some Uxbridge RFC posters, ideal for the local newsagents, dentists, doctors, gym; anywhere you know of an advertising board. Please see Gareth Nicholls for a poster.

Playing news

Get more out of your games on a Saturday by training as a team week in, week out. Colts/Youth players are always welcome.

Sad news
It is with deepest regret that we have heard of the passing away of Dave Aroskin on 1st March 2010. Dave was a stalwart member of the Club who filled many positions before moving to Pewsey where he was instrumental in setting up Pewsey Vale RFC.

We pass on our sincerest condolences to Sandy, Alex and Jack.
